Data security & privacy

Security overview

TAB treats customer data protection as part of operating the service. This page describes information that can be confirmed from the website’s current documentation. Enterprise customers may request additional details relevant to their contractual scope.

Access controls and roles

TAB HR supports role-based permissions so users can access the functions and information needed for their responsibilities. Customer administrators are responsible for assigning users, reviewing permissions, and removing access that is no longer required.

Encryption in transit

The TAB HR website uses encrypted HTTPS connections to protect data while it travels between the browser and the website service. Enterprise customers can request more information about communication channels and integrations within their scope.

Data retention and deletion

The Privacy Policy describes the types of information that may be collected and why it is used. Service-data retention periods and deletion procedures depend on the service and contractual scope; customers can request those details before or during an engagement.

Reporting incidents or unauthorized access

Suspected unauthorized account use or a security event related to the service should be reported promptly to info@tab-erp.com. Do not include passwords or sensitive data in the message.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for protecting credentials, granting the least access necessary, reviewing user accounts regularly, notifying TAB when roles change or users leave, and using trusted devices and networks.

Privacy and legal documents

The Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions are available on this website and describe information handling and service-use responsibilities.

Requesting enterprise security documentation

Enterprise customers and procurement teams can request available security documentation or submit a due-diligence questionnaire through the contact form. TAB will identify available documents based on the request and contractual scope.
